Board of Directors
Ken and Vernita Griffith are happy to serve on the Better Marriages National Board of Directors. They have been connected to Better Marriages since 2007 and are lifetime members. They also serve as the marriage ministry leaders for their church and enjoy planning creative and enriching events.
Ken is a Clinical Research Associate while Vernita focuses on marriage in two directions: executive producer for the After the “I Do’s” game show and CEO of Tri Team Unlimited LLC, offering virtual relationship-enriching workshops for couples. During their individual down time you will find Ken bowling somewhere in the world and Vernita hanging out with her sister girls.
As a blended family, they enjoy spending as much time as they can with their four grown children and four grandchildren. There are a few things that they are intentional about in order to balance their almost 25-year marriage, work, and family life. They are committed to spending a week with the grands, attending one marriage enrichment event, and taking at least one “it’s all about us” vacation a year. They both agree that being deliberate and prioritizing their relationship is the best thing they do for each other.
